Beat the winter blues and come join our team!
You do not need any experience ... just a listening ear, open mind, and a desire to help others.
Our training will help you develop skills that will allow you to respond to a variety of calls in a calm sensitive manner and to help callers to find their own solutions. The need to retain anonymity and maintain confidentiality on behalf of the caller will also be emphasized. The training will not focus on right or wrong ways of handling situations but will explore some ways that have been found to be more helpful than others.
