The NWT Help line will provide a telephone listening support to all callers; we are a place to turn for help 365 days a year.

Regardless of the problem or concern, our volunteers are there to provide support, information and, if necessary, referral to a local community or social service agency. The guiding principles of our organization are;

• Available every day
• Callers remain anonymous
• Calls are confidential
• Staffed by trained and caring volunteers
• We don't trace calls
• We don't use call display
